Discover true safari: remote and authentic

Untamed Zambia. This is the real Africa. From the vast Busanga Plains in Kafue National Park, with two of our most adventurous and wild camps, to the Zambezi River Valley, and beyond to the astonishing Luangwa Valley, a Zambian safari satisfies the most experienced explorer. Bookend your safari with a luxurious Victoria Falls stay, to round out one of Africa's most exciting wilderness destinations.

Kafue

Kafue National Park is one of the most remote and pristine wild areas on Earth. Wonderfully few people venture this far, yet the Busanga Plains boasts exceptional biodiversity. This is a land of vast, unspoilt wilderness, where leaping lions have adapted to the wetland terrain.

South Luangwa

Renowned as the Valley of the Leopard, the Luangwa Valley is celebrated as one of the greatest wildlife destinations in the world. Appreciated as the home of the walking safari, the varied habitat plays host to a high density of diverse wildlife.

North Luangwa

Remote and truly wild, this park offers an off-the-beaten track safari experience. With one of the highest wilderness areas per guest in Africa, it is a hidden gem tucked away from its sister park, South Luangwa. Few places are as wild as this.

Lower Zambezi

Nestled between the Zambezi escarpment and the Zambezi River, the Lower Zambezi has a well-earned reputation for being one of Africa's most spectacular game viewing areas. With wildlife concentrated along the banks of the river, the park offers the widest range of safari activities in Africa.

Victoria Falls

The Zambezi River evokes mystery and adventure, and is renowned across the world. Nowhere is this more evident than at Victoria Falls, where a staggering eight million litres of water flows into the gorge every second.

Don’t just take our word for it

Zambian hospitality at its finest

One of the best safari experiences ever

“What an outstanding experience to spend time at Toka Leya! Staff, rooms, food and activities have been outstanding. We spend 5 nights as a family and had the most wonderful time. The staff made every effort to make our stay special to the point that our son asked for us to go back for his birthday!”

“This was my fifth trip to sub-Saharan Africa, and I've stayed in many safari camps. Shumba was one of the best – if not THE best. It is in a beautiful, and unusual location; both public spaces and guest tents are tasteful and comfortable. Isaac was one of the best guides ever, and ALL of the camp staff were outstanding. The chef has a real gift. Safari camp food is always very good, in our experience, but there's an extra je ne sais quoi here. Kudos to Arnold for managing an outstanding operation and making guests feel welcome. ”
